Tinnitus spikes. How Tinnitus spikes affect me with my Tinnitus. Tinnitus spikes can happen all of a sudden sometimes not really knowing what has caused them. Tinnitus spikes are Tinnitus sounds that get really loud and intense. They can last for hours or even days. They can seriously affect your ability to sleep and function properly in the world. I suffer with Tinnitus spikes and mine can be extremely unpleasant and the worst thing for me is that they stop me from being able to sleep properly. My own experience with Tinnitus spikes happened after suffering with Tinnitus for about eighteen months. Then the spikes began and they were really loud and incredibly debilitating. Suffering with Tinnitus can ruin your life and you can feel isolated and lonely. Other people cannot really grasp what you are going through unless they have suffered with some sort of Tinnitus themselves. Getting rid of Tinnitus is my number one priority because it has made my life very difficult at times. Tinnitus masking devices for covering up or giving yourself some Tinnitus relief. By wearing these small hearing aids for masking Tinnitus sounds. I am able to give myself some Tinnitus relief from the dreadfully loud Tinnitus that I hear. Tinnitus spikes are common with me and can get so severe that I can hardly bare it. However since being given these Tinnitus masking hearing aids. My life has been slightly better. The Tinnitus maskers that I have from the NHS in UK are just making Tinnitus white noise. A kind of constant hiss, but this does take my mind of the awful Tinnitus sounds that I hear.
You can buy both in the UK and in the USA, Tinnitus masking hearing aids that actually play different white noise sounds. Now this is nice because you do have some variety. But I am very grateful for my Tinnitus devices provided by the NHS in the UK.
Masking Tinnitus noise can help you when you have terrible Tinnitus spikes ,but can also help during the day if you need them. The only down side to these Tinnitus sound devices, is that you can't wear them in bed, because you could lye on them and damage your ears. So you may need to buy headphone bands which work with Bluetooth and are comfortable to wear while in bed.
I could not be without my Tinnitus in ear devices and until I can find a cure for Tinnitus I will continue to wear them when I need too.

Tinnitus sufferers,will try almost anything to get rid of the Tinnitus sounds in their heads. Ringing in the ears,Tinnitus sound,the constant presence of Tinnitus noise can drive people mad. Quite literally. And so to find a Tinnitus cure. Or to get rid of your Tinnitus. Can become like a quest to become normal again. I should know because I have been suffering with Tinnitus,and then becoming disabling Tinnitus for over two years.The Tinnitus condition,slowly getting worse. My life has been turned upside down. Having said that I am very strong and will keep searching for a cure for Tinnitus. I will continue until I can stop Tinnitus all together. So I have made this Tinnitus video to show people what Vitamins,minerals,and supplements I have tried to get rid of my Tinnitus.
It has been a frustrating journey and an unpleasant one and not something I would have thought would happen to me. I am a health professional and I had heard of Tinnitus. But little did I realize how bad debilitating Tinnitus can be,and how it can affect people's lives.
One thing to remember if you are starting out to look at ways of getting rid of Tinnitus or are looking for a Tinnitus cure. What works for one person may not work for someone else. So you may have to try a few different things to see if one of those is answer to curing Tinnitus. As you can see in the video I cover quite a lot of Tinnitus Vitamins,minerals,and supplements which I have used for fairly long periods of time.
I would recommend you do the same if you choose to try some of the things mentioned in this video. Some of you will have success with some of these suggestions and I hope it is you. The part that we are interested in is the fact that Black seed oil may help regulate your blood sugars. If someone is producing to much Insulin then this may help to put your body back into balance thus reducing or eliminating your Tinnitus. This may work for some people but maybe not others, as with all the Tinnitus treatments out there at the moment.
So taking Black seed oil for six weeks as a minimum may help you with your Tinnitus. Of course you are probably using Tinnitus sound therapies. White noise machines and other things to help you stop hearing Tinnitus sounds in your head.

So what are my Tinnitus sounds that I hear in my head like?
Well the first one sounds like a little pumping station far off in the distance chugging gently along as if this sound is coming up through the framework of my house. The second and most damaging Tinnitus sound I hear is a high pitched electronic kind of frequency. This Tinnitus sound is a searing piercing frequency that is extremely loud at night and has caused me great trouble with sleeping.The worrying thing for me is that it increased in volume quite quickly over about six months.
It has affected my ability to work,has caused me to become down,and if I don't get any sleep for three or four nights I stop being able to function properly. This has had an effect on my home life too. Disabling Tinnitus or debilitating Tinnitus is not rare either. In the USA 50 million Americans suffer with Tinnitus of one sort or another.
To get rid of my Tinnitus I am trying Black seed oil. This comes from the Cumin plant from the middle east. I have been taking this to help with my Tinnitus ,but it usually takes six weeks to work. I have only been taking it for 28 days so hopefully it may work soon. I am also trying CBD oil for sleep. This has had a small effect even although I have been taking it just for a few days. My Tinnitus sound has slightly decreased and changed tone. But it is still there. As for CBD oil for sleeping,I have not noticed any effects as yet but again it is early days. I am putting my hopes into Wheatgrass for Tinnitus. By this I hope to gain essential live enzymes and vitamins plus minerals which are found in fresh wheatgrass juice. I will be making videos about my experience with all of these in the future to let you know if they are working to get rid of Tinnitus. Or if they have lessened the Tinnitus sounds in my head.
I am trying different ways to get rid of Tinnitus. Or to stop Tinnitus. There are Tinnitus treatments. However I have not found one that works. To get Tinnitus relief I was given some tiny hearing aids which also double as white noise masking devices. These are very useful if my Tinnitus noises,spike and get louder. At night I may use a white noise machine. With Tinnitus sound therapy. In the form of Youtube videos to help relax and keep calm.

I have tried, Ginkgo Biloba, Zinc,Magnesium and a multi mineral tablets,also Turmeric with black pepper all of which did not work to get rid of Tinnitus for me. Tinnitus sound therapy. Some people find relief from listening to video or music specially designed for people suffering from Tinnitus. White noise machines that mask Tinnitus sounds ,so that the Tinnitus sufferer can at least get some Tinnitus relief from the constant Tinnitus sound or sounds in their head. Meditation and Yoga can help too. And Julian Cowan Hill speaks of craniosacral therapy to cure Tinnitus, but it does not happen over night. Tinnitus therapies such as the therapies and ideas above may help get a person away from their Tinnitus condition and help to lessen habitual Tinnitus.
I also speak of Wheatgrass and I do feel that this will help me tremendously because of all the live enzymes, minerals and vitamins found in live fresh Wheatgrass juice. I will cover Wheatgrass for Tinnitus in another video. Black seed oil for Tinnitus. I will also cover this in another video and let you know how I have got on with Black seed oil. Tinnitus my story, how I got Tinnitus. Tinnitus symptoms and Tinnitus noises.
In this video I explain how I got Tinnitus. I also explain what my Tinnitus sounds like. I talk about my Tinnitus experience and how Tinnitus has affected my life. I suffer from disabling Tinnitus,or debilitating Tinnitus and this affects my sleep badly. Tinnitus and Insomnia, go hand in hand and I have been battling with this for a long time. I did get Tinnitus help, from the NHS in UK, however this takes a long time and I do not agree with the doctors that there is no Tinnitus cure. I think there are ways to get rid of Tinnitus.
There are many Tinnitus remedies on the market but none of these has helped me with my Tinnitus condition. Although I don't mention it in the video I have tried Tinnitus masking to cover up the Tinnitus sounds,and I was prescribed some Tinnitus hearing aids with built in Tinnitus masking devices. These are invaluable to help me cope with Tinnitus,but you can't wear them in bed when you sleep. So I have to use other headphones to cancel out the Tinnitus noises in my head. I do sometimes need medication to help me sleep ,especially if my Tinnitus is really bad. So after a few nights of not sleeping I do take Lorazepam,and this does work sometimes. I would prefer not to take any prescription medications and so I am now looking at using natural Tinnitus remedies,or alternative ways of getting rid of the Tinnitus.
I did try a 7 day juice fast/diet,and this did lessen the Tinnitus sounds in my head a little bit. I really do think that Wheatgrass for Tinnitus will be a good thing to get into and so I am growing this at the moment. I also take Black seed oil, derived from the Cumin plant from the middle east. This is good for balancing blood sugars and so if you are producing to much Insulin this very well may help.I have only been taking this for one month but will do another video about this in the future. And I am expecting a delivery of CBD oil tomorrow to see if this will help me sleep. I will also do a video on the benefits of CBD oil for Tinnitus and Insomnia at a later date.
Basically I like many other people are desperate to stop Tinnitus and will try almost any- thing to get rid of Tinnitus.
I will of course let every one know if I find something that actually works well.
There are also many theories about how people get Tinnitus. Mine being the likelihood of getting Tinnitus by exposure to loud music . But I did live in a house that had a problem with black mould.Tinnitus and mould have be connected by some people.
I also think that there definitely could be a connection with a person producing to much Insulin although that is just a gut feeling I have myself.
Julian Cowan Hill a Youtuber who makes videos about Tinnitus,says that it is stress that can cause Tinnitus and that meditation,Yoga, Craniosacral therapy can help some people to overcome Tinnitus for good.
Liam Bohem another Youtuber that specializes in treating Tinnitus,also believes that stress has a lot to play in getting Tinnitus. He advocates fasting ,dry fasting and water fasting so that the body can repair itself. This does seem to make sense to me too.
Any way If you are suffering with Tinnitus I wish you well and hope that my videos may be able to help you and others who are living in hell. There are help forums and help groups locally that can help people with Tinnitus. So just Google, Tinnitus help to see what groups are in your area. Remember you are not alone in fact 50 million Americans suffer with some sort of Tinnitus and that is a staggering number.

Many people suffer with Tinnitus in all sorts of forms,but one thing is for sure that if you are suffering from Chronic Tinnitus,then you will almost certainly be having problems with sleeping at night. Tinnitus treatments come in a variety of different forms. What seems to help one person may not necessarily help another person. So finding ways to stop your Tinnitus or just to get some Tinnitus relief can seem difficult at times.
Trying to sleep when you have Tinnitus can be a nightmare in itself. Sleep problems and Insomnia can lead to low mood irritability and even depression. Trouble sleeping can cause relationship problems,work problems and can in extreme circumstances lead to suicide.
The problem with severe chronic Tinnitus is that you can't get away from the noise in your head and ears. So you may suffer with a constant noise which is much more noticeable at night. Masking the sound or sounds in your head can help. Using white noise machines. Listening to Youtube videos specially designed for Tinnitus sufferers may give you some Tinnitus relief too. Sound Pillows to lie on with music playing can help. Headband headphones are useful too. Trying to relax with essential oils to make the bedroom smell nice can help you to stay calm and get into sleep. But obviously what most people really want is to rid themselves of Tinnitus altogether.
Body based therapies help some people actually get rid of their Tinnitus condition. This can take some time and it is not a quick fix unfortunately if your looking for Tinnitus instant relief. But the fact that there may be something you can do to get rid of Tinnitus is encouraging. The body based therapies spoken about in this video are Yoga,massage,Craniosacral therapy, and Chiropractic therapy may be beneficial too.

Could something like fasting actually help get rid of your Tinnitus? In this video Julian Cowan Hill looks at fasting to help stop Tinnitus.
Of course fasting whether it be water fasting, where you just drink water for the period of time. Or dry fasting where you do not eat or drink water can seem difficult especially if you have never fasted before.
Fasting is not new in fact it goes back as far as recorded history. People in the most ancient times used fasting for health and also to get clarity of mind. They also practised fasting to get in contact with the Gods or the spirit world in different ways. Although we will concentrate on Tinnitus here.
But one thing is for sure that the ancient people knew that by not using your digestive system and giving your body a rest,you could heal your body.
Modern science tells us that while fasting the body repairs cells that normally would not be repaired and the body can also then get rid of toxins that poison the body and lead to disease and the body not functioning properly.
Tinnitus can be caused by many different things,as you are probably aware,however some people have seemed to cure themselves of Tinnitus by water fasting and even dry fasting.
It is important to seek medical advice if you do decide to try water fasting or dry fasting. And perhaps look at some videos on Youtube about fasting or read some books on the benefits of fasting.
Another thing to bare in mind is that just doing one fast,lets say a water fast for five days for example may not rid you of Tinnitus straight away. You may need to repeat this process a few times over the course of a few months or more. And another thing that some people have noticed is that their Tinnitus increases for the first few days of the fast.They may experience a Tinnitus spike. Not in all people but in some. So this is important to remember this when doing a water fast or dry fast,so as not to put you off doing it. And to keep going.
The idea behind fasting for a reduction in your Tinnitus or even a cure is to let the body rest and repair. This does seem to make a lot of sense. It may be a huge step for a lot of people to actually do a fast whether water or dry fast,but if someone has really bad Tinnitus like my- self then you are willing to try almost anything to get rid of the awful ringing in the ears or as in my case the seering piercing microwave type of sound which is present twenty four hours a day.
I personally would recommend either reverse osmosis filtered water or distilled water for a water fast to make sure you cleanse your system properly.
It may also be beneficial to perhaps do a juice fast. More on that later because I am currently doing a juice fast at the present time.(7 day Juice fast).

Could getting your body into a Ketosis state help you get rid of Tinnitus/Ringing in the ears?
