Tinnitus symptoms and Tinnitus noises. In this video I explain how I got Tinnitus. I also explain what my Tinnitus sounds like. I talk about my Tinnitus experience and how Tinnitus has affected my life. I suffer from disabling Tinnitus,or debilitating Tinnitus and this affects my sleep badly. Tinnitus and Insomnia, go hand in hand and I have been battling with this for a long time. I did get Tinnitus help, from the NHS in UK, however this takes a long time and I do not agree with the doctors that there is no Tinnitus cure. I think there are ways to get rid of Tinnitus. There are many Tinnitus remedies on the market but none of these has helped me with my Tinnitus condition. Although I don't mention it in the video I have tried Tinnitus masking to cover up the Tinnitus sounds,and I was prescribed some Tinnitus hearing aids with built in Tinnitus masking devices. These are invaluable to help me cope with Tinnitus,but you can't wear them in bed when you sleep. So I have to use other headphones to cancel out the Tinnitus noises in my head. I do sometimes need medication to help me sleep ,especially if my Tinnitus is really bad. So after a few nights of not sleeping I do take Lorazepam,and this does work sometimes. I would prefer not to take any prescription medications and so I am now looking at using natural Tinnitus remedies,or alternative ways of getting rid of the Tinnitus. I did try a 7 day juice fast/diet,and this did lessen the Tinnitus sounds in my head a little bit. I really do think that Wheatgrass for Tinnitus will be a good thing to get into and so I am growing this at the moment. I also take Black seed oil, derived from the Cumin plant from the middle east. This is good for balancing blood sugars and so if you are producing to much Insulin this very well may help.I have only been taking this for one month but will do another video about this in the future. And I am expecting a delivery of CBD oil tomorrow to see if this will help me sleep. I will also do a video on the benefits of CBD oil for Tinnitus and Insomnia at a later date. Basically I like many other people are desperate to stop Tinnitus and will try almost any- thing to get rid of Tinnitus. I will of course let every one know if I find something that actually works well. There are also many theories about how people get Tinnitus. Mine being the likelihood of getting Tinnitus by exposure to loud music . But I did live in a house that had a problem with black mould.Tinnitus and mould have be connected by some people. I also think that there definitely could be a connection with a person producing to much Insulin although that is just a gut feeling I have myself. Julian Cowan Hill a Youtuber who makes videos about Tinnitus,says that it is stress that can cause Tinnitus and that meditation,Yoga, Craniosacral therapy can help some people to overcome Tinnitus for good. Liam Bohem another Youtuber that specializes in treating Tinnitus,also believes that stress has a lot to play in getting Tinnitus. He advocates fasting ,dry fasting and water fasting so that the body can repair itself. This does seem to make sense to me too. Any way If you are suffering with Tinnitus I wish you well and hope that my videos may be able to help you and others who are living in hell. There are help forums and help groups locally that can help people with Tinnitus. So just Google, Tinnitus help to see what groups are in your area. Remember you are not alone in fact 50 million Americans suffer with some sort of Tinnitus and that is a staggering number.
