My Tinnitus story. How I'm trying to get rid of Tinnitus.

So far I have tried lots of different things to get rid of Tinnitus. My Tinnitus is a very high pitched microwave kind of sound frequency that is relentless 24 hours a day. Disabling Tinnitus. This is how my doctor diagnosed with me. Debilitating Tinnitus. This is when the sound in your ears is so loud and almost painful that it affects your ability to function in everyday life. Such as work or even looking after yourself properly. I have suffered with Tinnitus sounds. For quite some time and to be honest I am sick of it. But I will not give up until I have found a Tinnitus cure. Getting rid of Tinnitus is my no 1 goal in my life. As I have stated in the video I am currently taking herbal tinctures to help with getting rid of Tinnitus. And to help with Insomnia and sleep problems caused by this most awful Tinnitus noise in my head and ears. The ringing in ears is there all the time. I have recently been suffering with massive Tinnitus spikes. Tinnitus spikes are where the Tinnitus noise gets so loud that it is almost unbearable. I find Tinnitus spikes at night, the most difficult to deal with because it they affect my ability to sleep. I am taking prescription medication even although I am not keen to do this for my disabling Tinnitus. I am still growing and Juicing fresh Wheatgrass and this is a good thing to do for my health. Eargasm High Fidelity Filtered Earplug Review. Dr. Cliff Olson, Audiologist and founder of Applied Hearing Solutions in Anthem Arizona, reviews the Eargasm Filtered Earplugs.

EARGASM EARPLUGS

Maximizing the protection of your hearing is highly advised if you find yourself in a noisy situation, particularly if you want to prevent against hearing loss and tinnitus. However, sometimes using foam hearing protectors or ear muffs provide too much protection if you are trying to appreciate live music or understand speech. In these situations, using a filtered earplug may make more sense. That's why I decided to check out the Eargasm High Fidelity Filtered Earplugs for this review. Eargasm is a company that uses it's name, that is an obviously clever play on words, to market it's flat attenuation hearing protectors. They have a variety of different earplug options from their Regular plugs to a smaller version. These plugs have an NRR or Noise Reduction Rating of 16. The higher this number the more protection it provides. Scores typically range from 0-31. Unlike ear muffs and foam plugs, that provide an NRR of 24-31, filtered earplugs provide an even level of attenuation to keep things like music and speech sounding natural, just not as loud. Imagine that you are listening to music inside your car. Now imagine that you turn the treble all the way down. That is what you are doing when you wear traditional hearing protectors because they attenuate the high-frequencies more than the low-frequencies. This creates an unnatural listening experience. The attenuation profile of the Eargasm Filtered plugs is very flat compared to a traditional foam plug. It ranges between 25 and 35 dB of attenuation from 125 Hz to 8,000 Hz. The last time I was in Nashville, and everyone who has been to Nashville knows that everywhere you go there is live music, I wore filtered earplugs and it significantly improved how well I could hear my friends by lowering the sound of the music. I also wore Eargasm plugs to my friend's wedding on New Years Eve. That was an insanely loud wedding, but I was able to have great conversation with my friends, and I left without my ears ringing and without feeling like I lost hearing. The Eargasm earplugs seem to work great, but there are a few things that I am not a fan of. First, the Regular size is way too big. I have larger ear canals and they still wouldn't fit my ear canals. This is even a problem for the models on their website. If you can see the plugs sticking out of your ear they are not inserted properly. Fortunately, they have a smaller version of these plugs that fit my ears perfectly. Second, they only offer one level of attenuation. With around 30 dB of flat attenuation, it is go big or go home. Other companies offer filtered plugs with 16 dB, 20 dB, and 25 dB of flat attenuation so you can pick the right level for the environment you are in. Otherwise, the Eargasm High Fidelity Filtered Earplugs are great and I highly recommend them if you want to protect against hearing loss and tinnitus, but want to still appreciate music and conversation in a noisy environment.

Tinnitus update.

In this video I give a little Tinnitus update as to what I am currently doing to get rid of Tinnitus. Tinnitus treatments. Natural Tinnitus treatments that I am trying at the moment. Of course as mentioned in other videos,there seems to be no quick fix for Tinnitus. So whatever Tinnitus treatments you are going to try, they all do take some time to show any effect. But if you are a Tinnitus sufferer, then you will like me be prepared to try almost any thing to get rid of it. Tinnitus masking. Tinnitus hearing aids. Tinnitus coping strategies. May all help but our ultimate goal is to stop Tinnitus. I am still taking Black seed oil from the Cumin plant in the middle east. And I am taking Herbal tinctures for Chronic Tinnitus. And also Herbal Tinctures for Insomnia. I am growing Wheatgrass and freezing it and taking it daily. Wheatgrass is a fantastic source of many vitamins, live enzymes and minerals that our bodies need to function properly. So I am hoping that this will strengthen my body too. As mentioned in the video I have also gone to a very good Chiropractor today for my fist session .Chiropractic therapy for Tinnitus. May seem strange but some people apparently have cured themselves of Tinnitus with Chiropractic therapy. I continue to search for ways to cure Tinnitus. And like you I want to stop the Tinnitus sounds in my head for good. I am sure that one day soon I will be making a video which explains how I got rid of Tinnitus. Its worth remembering that there are lots of people who have cured themselves through one way or another of Tinnitus. 50 to 60 million Americans suffer with Tinnitus, which is a staggering number of people. Tinnitus herbs to stop ringing in ears. In this video I show you what herbal tinctures I am trying to help me sleep. And to get rid of Tinnitus. How to stop Tinnitus with herbal tinctures. I am trying herbs to get rid of Tinnitus because my sister has had good results using herbs to help her sleep. She to suffers with Tinnitus. After taking herbal tinctures for 3/4 days she managed to have the best deep sleep that she has had in years and her Tinnitus sounds. Went down in volume slightly. The herbal tinctures she used for sleep are Passion flower. Skullcap. Lemon balm. She took 10 drops of each and poured boiling water on the drops until cool. Then she drinks them. She does this three times a day. For my lack of sleep due to Tinnitus. I will try this twice a day and may increase the amount if I feel I need more. The herbal tinctures for my disabling Tinnitus, I will take twice daily too. The herbal tinctures for my chronic Tinnitus are as follows. Ginkgo Biloba. Extract of straw. Black Cohosh. I spoke to a herbal therapist and this is what she advised me to try. On top of all of this she also advised St Johns Wort in dried herbs. To make as a herbal tea. I am to take this three times daily to relieve stress and help with my mood. Herbal Tinnitus treatments can help some people with Tinnitus and are relatively harmless. However please consult with a registered herbalist or your own health practitioner just to be on the safe side. Herbal treatments for Tinnitus like many other Tinnitus treatments, can take months to actually start to work and make a difference to your Tinnitus sounds. Tinnitus relief may not come for a while so keep going if you decide to try herbs for Tinnitus. Ginkgo Biloba and Black Cohosh are used by herbalists to treat chronic Tinnitus. Extract of straw is used to strengthen your nerves and help if you have been stressed out. Many Tinnitus sufferers may experience a great deal of stress which can be a contributory factor in the Tinnitus condition.
