After taking herbal tinctures for 3/4 days she managed to have the best deep sleep that she has had in years and her Tinnitus sounds. Went down in volume slightly. The herbal tinctures she used for sleep are Passion flower. Skullcap. Lemon balm. She took 10 drops of each and poured boiling water on the drops until cool. Then she drinks them. She does this three times a day. For my lack of sleep due to Tinnitus. I will try this twice a day and may increase the amount if I feel I need more. The herbal tinctures for my disabling Tinnitus, I will take twice daily too. The herbal tinctures for my chronic Tinnitus are as follows. Ginkgo Biloba. Extract of straw. Black Cohosh. I spoke to a herbal therapist and this is what she advised me to try. On top of all of this she also advised St Johns Wort in dried herbs. To make as a herbal tea. I am to take this three times daily to relieve stress and help with my mood. Herbal Tinnitus treatments can help some people with Tinnitus and are relatively harmless. However please consult with a registered herbalist or your own health practitioner just to be on the safe side.
Herbal treatments for Tinnitus like many other Tinnitus treatments, can take months to actually start to work and make a difference to your Tinnitus sounds.
