When I first watched this video I did try this method,however it didn't seem to work. And the video's seemed to be made by actor's. Any way some time later I have tried this method again and it has helped even although just for a short while. If made my high pitched tinnitus raise up higher and was more bearable. Unfortunately it was not a permanent solution.
