Air plane cabin sound effects for sleep. Can Airplane cabin sound help with Tinnitus and Insomnia?

.I remember when I was young and I used to curl up on the sofa while my mother used to use an old Hoover cylinder vacuum cleaner. It used to send tingles all over me while she hoovered our house and it made me feel like drifting off to sleep. It was a cosy warm secure feeling.

Old vintage cylinder vacuum cleaner

And now many years later I am listening to similar sounds like an old vacuum cleaner, or other sounds, because I suffer from Tinnitus. So to mask the Tinnitus I need to listen to a noise that either matches the sound of my Tinnitus or can mask over it.

So in the weird world of Insomniacs and Tinnitus sufferers there are a multitude of sound therapies that can help people mask their Tinnitus or help people drift off to sleep.

From listening to vacuum cleaners, hair dryers, air conditioning units, car fan heater, fans, oscillating fans and a whole host of other noises and sounds for hours at a time. This is the world of super long videos and strange noises that people listen too to help with Tinnitus , Insomnia, or putting baby to sleep.

People who suffer with ADHD, also benefit from listening to these sound therapy videos, or recordings. And this world of weird sounds is absolutely massive. YouTube caters for many of these kinds of videos . And just looking at the views on some of these videos which run into millions shows that there is a huge demand for such videos. Although there are a multitude of noise producing Apps available so that people can listen to some sort of sounds using a sound generator .

                                                White noise generator. Nature sounds

There are a whole host of what are called Rainbow frequencies. White noise. Brown noise. Green noise. Blue noise.

These produce different frequencies of sound or blends of sounds. So people can choose which sound is more suited to them. There are so many different frequencies that are available to listen too.

Also people like listening to rain. Yes people like to use the sound of rain or thunder storms too. The list goes on but basically all these frequencies and rain videos are used to help people who suffer from Insomnia or Tinnitus.

You don't just have to suffer with Tinnitus or Insomnia to be able to enjoy or benefit from these videos and recordings either. Some people like to listen to these videos in the background for studying, meditating and even relaxing.

I personally find listening to Airplane cabin noise effects is very good for Tinnitus masking and also just helping me get off to sleep. It has to be one of my favourite's. And airplane cabin sound effects are free.

I would recommend a YouTube channel that has lots of different sound effect videos. The channel is called @Soothingsoundscapapesounds They have Green noise videos of the sounds of nature. Tinnitus sound therapy videos for Tinnitus masking. They also have relaxing musical videos for those who want to drift of to sleep with the sound of a Cello or gentle Saxophone for an example. The channel also has fan noise videos and car heater fan videos. You can find Rain videos for those who like the sound of rain. And they have the sounds of nature videos which have river sounds or the sounds waterfalls. And as if that is not enough, the channel also have some numbered frequency videos such as 936Hz and 999Hz . To add to that they have ocean sounds video's to enjoy as well.

Most of the videos are all very long so that you can just put your headphones on and then just drift of to sleep.

Of course many people would prefer to have a recording of the sound that they like or find useful. And on this channel most of the videos have an MP3 of the video as a recording which can be played back on any digital device with out any adverts. So you can find the MP3 in the description of the videos. And they are really cheap too.

You can get the Mp3's ➡️ HERE 🎶

If you suffer from Tinnitus or Insomnia then please leave a comment on this article I would love to hear from you with any ideas or perhaps you can let us know what you do to live with Insomnia ,Tinnitus or ADHD.

Thank you for taking the time to read this article and I hope you have found it helpful.

So relax and get ready to get some Tinnitus relief. The gentle movement of chirping sounds while water runs in the back ground is a great way to lessen the Tinnitus noises in your head. Tinnitus can occur when you hear ringing or other noises in one or both ears. Other people often can't hear the sounds you hear with tinnitus because they're not caused by outside noises. Tinnitus seems to be a common problem. Tinnitus affects about 15 to 20% of people, elderly seem to be more affected. Tinnitus can be triggered by an underlying condition, such as age-related hearing loss, ear injury, or circulation problems. When the underlying cause of tinnitus is treated or other therapies are used to relieve or mask tinnitus, tinnitus usually goes away on its own in many people. Even when no external noise is heard, tinnitus is often described as tinnitus. The following phantom sounds in the ear can also be caused by tinnitus: ringing, hissing, popping, hissing, and buzzing. Subjective tinnitus, or tinnitus that only you can hear, is the most common form of tinnitus. You may have tinnitus in one or both ears, and the sound can range from a high-pitched growl to a high-pitched grinding of teeth. Sometimes the Tinnitus can be so loud that it's hard to concentrate or hear outside noises. Tinnitus can be continuous or come and go. In rare cases, tinnitus may resemble a pounding or hissing sound, often in sync with the heartbeat. The technical term for this is pulsating tinnitus. Your doctor may hear tinnitus during the test if it has a high pitch (objective tinnitus). Music, noise affects people; it can be soothing and uplifting; Sound can heal. The therapeutic effect is produced by different sounds. Different frequencies resonate with different organs of the body. The compatibility of acoustic bio resonance with the vibration of human internal organs underlies the therapeutic properties of sound. Not a substitute for medical care, sound therapy amplifies it, strengthens the therapeutic environment, and accelerates the healing process.
